1. All reptiles are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding. If there is a problem or you are not satisfied, contact us within seven days for an exchange or refund. We reserve the right to not honor our return policy for improper husbandry. Proof of claim may be required for a refund at our discretion.
2. The sex of all reptiles is guaranteed. In the event of an incorrect sex we will be happy to exchange, replace or make other arrangements.
3. To reserve any species, a 25% deposit is required. Contact us to determine availability of desired species and/or morph. Deposits are nonrefundable unless desired reptile(s) are not produced.

The cost of shipping UPS Overnight Delivery to your door by noon in a new insulated box with a 60 hour heat pack (if necessary) typically runs $45-$55(prices subject to change). For an exact shipping quote please e-mail us with your zip code. We ship UPS Express Monday - Thursday. We can ship Thursday or Friday, but please note that Saturday delivery is $10 extra. This is not a guaranteed service, but we do guarantee live arrival (when temperatures are between 45 - 85 degrees Fahrenheit). Ensure that someone will be available to receive the package. It is recommended that someone be available the day following the scheduled delivery day, as shipping delays can occur. We ask that you contact us promptly upon receiving the package to confirm receipt. The live arrival guarantee is null and void if we are not informed of damage within 1 hour of receiving the package.
We highly recommend Air Cargo (via Alaska Air Cargo or Delta Dash) to your nearest Airport, especially during the winter. The cost is typically $100 and is a guaranteed service. These shipments are a same day service and can be sent any weekday. Packages must be received with three hours of arriving at your local airport or the return policy may be voided at our discretion.
